We don't presently offer in-house training but we'd thoroughly recommend London School of Coffee. They offer a wide range of courses conducted by highly qualified SCAE trainers at reasonable prices, which cover all the topics coffee professionals may be interested in, from the fundamentals of espresso based coffee making to latte art making.
Roast daysWe presently roast only on Mondays and Tuesday. We request orders to be placed latest by Tuesday at 10am for dispatch on Wednesday or Thursday.
Please note that all coffees are roasted on demand to ensure maximum freshness. We do not stock any extra amounts of roasted coffee at the roastery.
