In vivid contrast, the Shyira's Anoxic Washed red bourbon from Rwanda’s mist-veiled Nyabihu District brings altitude, clarity, and electric brightness. A careful, oxygen-free fermentation unlocks shimmering layers of grapefruit, blackcurrant, and jasmine.
