Forget what you thought decaf tasted like. This hits different!
We start with Colombia’s Popayan Reserve, a regional washed decaf blend that lays down the groove with rich caramel, and a smooth praline finish. It’s the steady rhythm section, solid, comforting, and quietly complex.
Then we turn up the altitude and the nuance with a standout decaf lot from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, featuring a mix of Gesha, Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon. Grown high in the cool mountain air, this component brings a shimmering layer of quince, and a sweet creme brulee finish.
Both coffees are Sugarcane decaffeinated, so you get full flavour, zero buzz.
