Matching the madness is the Dragonfruit Co-Ferment, also Castillo from Jairo Arcila. Exotic, funky, it layers delicate florals, bright red-berry zing, and a subtle citrus snap over the chaos, adding dimension and depth to the flavour riot.

Together, these two crazy coffees collide in a mind-blowing clash of funk, fruit, and  tropical intensity.
