SIDECAR blend brings together two boundary pushing coffees. Burundi’s Migoti Hill anaerobic natural and Jairo Arcila’s passionfruit co-fermented pink bourbon from Colombia. 

Migoti Hill’s anaerobic process brings a deep, velvety body with complex fermentation notes, while Jairo’s experimental passionfruit infusion turns up the vibrancy for a finish that’s pure indulgence. 

From the first sip, you’re hit with a burst of passionfruit, followed by the rich, candied sweetness of toffee apple and the smooth, exotic depth of mango.
